Let’s rephrase the question: Is it a pair of lenses with sentient AI assistant capable of learning, understanding, and communicating with its user, providing intelligent support and adapting to various tasks? 🙈

Nah…As of now, it can only: detect objects, track eye movement, and overlay text and images on real-world objects. It is not ‘sentient’, can’t speak a word, and the display is in green only.

Although it isn’t quite the ‘sentient AI sidekick à la Jarvis’, it still owes its respect. The prototype has a dense, dynamic LED display of 14k PPI resolution, motion & image sensors, and biosafe batteries. The lenses can be charged wirelessly and disinfected overnight. 🔋🔬
